After completing all plans, sections, schedules, and printing all layouts, users have the option to synchronize their project with Specifi Quote.
To initiate this, click on the “Quote Synchronization” command and select the equipment to include in the quote.
Choosing to include all equipment in the project, when clicking “OK,” the software sends the project list to Specifi Quote and synchronizes it.
Upon opening Specifi Quote, the synchronized project is visible, displaying all equipment categorized into the predefined areas from the Revit project.
There, users can review, edit, manage discounts, apply mark-ups, print the quote, and send the PDF file to clients.
Additionally, equipment can be added to the quote and synchronized back with the project.
To accomplish this, add a new product to the storage area using the “+” button to access the eCatalog.
Select the new product, and add it to the quote.
Now, the new item is listed in the quote but is missing from the Revit project.
To rectify this, synchronize the quote with Revit.
Save the quote, open the Revit project, and run the synchronization command.
If the item does not appear in the project, users can manually click to add the equipment.
