With Specifi Quote, you can print an offer or product sheet for each piece of equipment by selecting “Print.”
Documents can be saved as PDFs or Microsoft Word documents.
A Spec Book for all your equipment can also be created. You can choose between the “Dynamic” or “Print Cover” method.
Quotes can be sent for approval directly from Specifi Quote.
Just enter the customer’s name and email. The customer will receive a link where the quote can be either accepted or rejected.
Once your quote is accepted, it is instantly signed and approved in the system.
You will find the approval under the “Signature” section.
