With Specifi Quote, you can customize your offers by adding precise and helpful details.
After creating an Area, you can start managing the numbering of equipment. If you change the location of an Area, it will automatically renumber the equipment.
Under “Print Options” you can decide whether to reveal equipment labeled Normal, Special or Optional.
Clicking on “Price Formulas” will allow you to edit how you want to calculate the selling price.
With the Additional Services option, you can include services like delivery for individual products, as well as for the entire Quote.
Currency rates can be applied for all major international currencies using the “Exchange Rates” option.
Once you’re finished, you can export your quote as an Excell or .csv file.
If you need to find specific information inside your quote, a search option is available. Just click on the magnifying glass icon.
Finally, you can customize your quote by hiding or revealing specific columns.
