In Specifi, you have the option to mark equipment tags with different colors to distinguish equipment types such as normal, special, optional, or existing.
As mentioned earlier, when custom equipment is created, the number is displayed in red, indicating that the equipment is considered special.
To label equipment as existing, navigate to the eCatalog and, in the “Type” column, select the “Existing” option.
In this case, the color of the tag will be green.
If you are in preview list view, accessing the equipment details will reveal this information under the product name.
Upon entry into the project, the equipment tag will automatically assume the color corresponding to the designated equipment type.
