Typically, utilities are entered in conjunction with equipment, but there are instances where it becomes necessary to add utilities independently, without being associated with any specific equipment.
To include additional utilities, use the “Spare” command.
This opens the utilities list, allowing the user to select the spare utility to add.
Specify the height and place the utility where needed.
The utility is freestanding, and can moved without any constraints or being linked to any specific equipment.
